We are certainly breaking no rules here and I am very dubious about this pressure - but we are tiny and rather depend on our supplier so . . . . . . . . .

BUT - we are conscious that most of our sales in the USA have come from word of mouth so . .

Please feel free to tell others about us (if you wish to) - we still supply copies to the USA
and certainly to existing customers.

Our price will, still, be far lower than the USA price - it's just we can't tell people that it's ($45)
